Tai Chi:May & June 2025

The session begins February 24th And runs through April 28 Would you like to enhance your balance and flexibility; strengthen your core; improve the quality of your sleep; and increase your focus and concentration? Tai Chi can help you to do this and much more! Through a series of gentle movements called “the form” you relax both body and mind. Tai Chi is a moving meditation that you can do throughout your life. Newcomers are welcome. No prior experience is required. Wear comfortable shoes.
